Shipment Processing Times:

Current Inventory Orders
Please allow up to 5 days for packaging and shipping orders. Shipping times once in carrier hands depends on the carrier and/or season.
- Bisqueware Pre-Orders
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks time for us to create Bisqueware pre-orders, package, and ship them. Shipping times once in carrier hands depends on the carrier and/or season.
- Recreation Pre-Orders
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks time for us to create Recreation pre-orders, package, and ship them. Shipping times once in carrier hands depends on the carrier and/or season.
Shipping Methods:
- Free Local Pickup
Always offered for those who would like to drive to the store located in Westford, MA. Select this method at checkout to save on shipping.
- Local Delivery
Offered to those placing an order with a shipping address within a 10 mi radius of our Westford, MA location. Saving on shipping this method will deduct a $7.50 charge at checkout.
- Shipping to United States & Canada
We partner with USPS for all of our Nationwide and Canadian orders. With various charges depending on location and season this charge will be calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping
For international shipping we have affiliated ourselves with USPS Worldwide, UPS, and DHL. Depending on the shipping address the various carriers will be offered with competing prices.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Icarus Pipes & Pottery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
